WWW.CHARLOTTE LUXURY.COM products are thought for you to fully customize them, providing you a range of materials, colours, embellishments, accessories, etc. for you to design a personal product.

WWW.CHARLOTTE LUXURY.COM offers the ability to design personal models on customer request. WWW.CHARLOTTE LUXURY.COM will send sketches of your request before order to create the model.

Your final design might eventually violate third party’s exclusive IP rights that CHARLOTTE LUXURY GROUP S.L might disapprove of for its brand image. Therefore, CHARLOTTE LUXURY GROUP S.L may choose to reject your design due to the above-mentioned reasons, which we will inform you of via E-mail.

The client and by all means guarantees that he/she is authorized to use a specific design created by any third party. The user is held fully liable for the product’s design. WWW.CHARLOTTE LUXURY.COM reserves the right to reject a design, which we will inform you of via E-mail, and by no means shall be liable for the designs made by WWW.CHARLOTTE LUXURY.COM users.

Designs made using our WWW.CHARLOTTE LUXURY.COM Web-site to which we could attributed any kind of intellectual property rights are directly assigned to CHARLOTTE LUXURY GROUP S.L, and will alternatively grant the exclusive, total license, free of charge, indefinite license to use the design, unlimitedly including its copies, editing, modification, public exposure, reproduction on any given media, distribution and concession of sub-licenses at CHARLOTTE LUXURY GROUP S.L’s discretion.
