Once your order has come to our facilities the shipment is made same day or the next day.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday (with the exception of Spanish public holidays)
The estimated delivery time is 1-5 days, depending on the destination country and, in required cases, the processing of Customs.

Each product is shipped directly from the factory to our facility. This process is performed to ensure that the product is in perfect condition and allows to have greater control over the management and control of shipments. Charlotte Luxury cannot be held responsible for any customs fees that may arise in the receiving country.
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the tracking number. You can check the status of your order via the link provided.
In Charlotte Luxury we value the discretion and confidentiality. For this reason we ship within discreet packages without any external marks, logotype or signs that allows identify their contents.
In the delivery note, it is possible to know the sender. If for some reason you doesn’t want that the company name appears, please, is necessary that you notify us when you make your order.
When shipping company or customs request us the content description, in no case it is referred to the size, brand or model it contains. Only the generic word “Calzado” (Footwear in Spanish).
CHARLOTTE LUXURY insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility, for your purchased goods, passes to you. If you have specified a recipient, who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then, you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by CHARLOTTE LUXURY and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I´M NOT IN HOME IN DELIVERY MOMENT?
In case of doesn’t be no one at the delivery moment, our carrier usually tries to deliver more than once. The carrier will contact you at the contact number provided or will leave a card telling you where it is.
It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
